This is the entrance to the museum in Maggie Valley, North Carolina. I usually stay at the little motel just west of the museum and have watched the progress at each visit. I go to the mountains at least twice a year in the Spring and in Autumn to watch the change of leaves. If you are traveling to the Smoky Mountains, make sure that you include an afternoon in your schedule to visit this museum. It is exactly what the name implies, a trip through time.
