I think this is a caddy coupe from around 1932. Massive in size and using two tone color to set it off. Huge wheels and a chrome luggage rack. Most coupes and roadsters had these luggage racks, because of the lack of room in the car. This is why roadsters were phased out and coupes and sedans because popular.
