This is Dennis Hubbard, the Head Old Fart and Founder of the O.F.C.C. in his designated spot in the tent that is called Sleepy Hollow. Dennis has been active in the sport for many years and in his earlier days traveled with the Hurricane Hell Drivers and traveled all over the United States promoting Hell Driver shows.
