Ardun powered, S. CO. T. blower(supercharger company of Turin Italy). Had the engine 27 years assembled a few years ago (old farts don't remember actual dates) completely driveable and fun, built the way it used to be.
51 Merc 260 cubic inch, bored and stroked, when I asked if it was bored and stroked he said "how do you think I got 260 inches" (Cranky Old Fart!)
Ardun is a derivative of the name of Zora Arkus Duntov,
many years before he became an engineer for Chevy. Heads were started around
1946 made until about 1952. Few people realize that Duntov did all this
before becoming famous for his work at Chevy.
