Some participants choose to ride in class and comfort such as this 1955 Buick station wagon. Station wagons have become quite popular as collector cars because they're so comfortable and you can haul it all your stuff. Most Buicks from this era came with Dynaflow transmissions as opposed to manual stick shifts. Luckily gas only cost around $.19 a gallon when these cars were new. I know because I pumped gas at that time and Gulf Gulftane was $.19 a gallon.
