Glen Ely's Twin engined dragster from the 60's
Glen had his newly restored twin engined dragster in front
of the Old Farts Car Club tent and provided a great draw to get people into
the tent.
Glen spent the week end signing pictures and answering question about
the good old days of drag racing. He plans to have it running again soon
and will start with one engine jsut to get the bugs worked out. This is
the first twin-engined dragster to go over 210 M.P.H.
Willys coupe made it's maiden voyage at this meet and it was a real
ground thumper.
