  Jeeps from across the country are returning home to Butler for the 3rd annual Bantam Jeep Heritage Festival June 14-16. The 2013 event offers three full days of Jeep activities, a new location and more trails! Main activities include the Jeep Invasion street party in Downtown Butler, off-road playground, trail rides, show ‘n shine, WWII encampment, history exhibit, national vendors, flea market and more. Over 1,500 Jeeps from 20+ states are expected to attend the Festival, which celebrates the father of all Jeeps, the Butler-made Bantam jeep.

  Some of the rarest collector cars in the world will be on display and available at auction in Vancouver this spring as the inaugural Vancouver Collector Car Show Sale + Auction takes over the PNE Fairgrounds, June 22nd and 23rd, 2013, offering a unique experience that automobile enthusiasts won’t want to miss. This will be the largest show of its kind in Metro Vancouver, and will feature world-class show vehicles, including those from private collections rarely ever seen by the general public, exhibit booths, bands, sponsor displays, feature displays and much more. At the centre of it all, renowned auctioneers, Maynards, will be auctioning off more than 150 vehicles via three flights of cars over the two-day show. In addition to an estimated 500 vehicles will be on display, there will be collector cars for sale, and hundreds of businesses and services represented. Classic car fans will have the opportunity to witness the largest and best collection of the car hobby Vancouver has ever experienced, in 12 acres of indoor and outdoor space at one of B.C.’s premier event venues – the PNE Fairgrounds.   Art of the Car Concours
  The Seventh Annual Art of the Car Concours® will take place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. June 23 on the campus of the Kansas City Art Institute. The event features vintage, classic and special interest vehicles from as many as 65 cities in 12 states. About 200 vehicles will be on display. Cost to attend the event is $15 at the gate and $12 when purchased in advance online at www.kcai.concours. Children age 10 and under are admitted free. Proceeds benefit college scholarships at KCAI, a premier, private, independent, four-year college of art and design whose former students include Robert Rauschenberg, Robert Morris and famed animator Walt Disney, who took Saturday classes there as a teenager.
